Coventry Group Ltd was incorporated in 1936 and has been listed on the Australian Stock Exchange since 1966. The Group's principal activites are the distribution of automotive parts, industrial products and the manufacture of gaskets.
Employing around 1,600 people it operates throughout Australia and New Zealand with a branch network of 107 locations.
