Neil Cathie, FCPA, GAICD, FCIS| Chairman |
Mr Cathie has extensive experience in very relevant areas including having a 27 year career at Australia’s largest and most successful plumbing and bathroom distributor, Reece Australia Ltd, during which time he served as its Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and General Manager, Finance and IT.

In these roles, Mr Cathie has worked closely with a strong Board and line management team in a growing company as well as having a primary external facing role of the ASX listed Reece Australia Ltd.

Mr Cathie spent 7 years with a chartered accountancy firm early in his career and has held other CFO roles. He is currently a director of and advisor to a number of private companies.
Kenneth Perry BSc (Hons), MBA, MAICD, FAIMM| Independent Non-Executive Director; Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees |
Mr Perry was appointed a director of the Company on 18 September 2009. He was Chief Executive Officer of VDM Group Limited, a publicly listed Australian engineering, construction and contracting business until March 2011.

Prior to this appointment in February 2010, Mr Perry was Managing Director of Brandrill Limited from 2002 to 2009 when the company merged with Ausdrill Limited. Mr Perry gained over 15 years experience in senior management roles with the Rio Tinto Group, including serving as President of its Taiwanese steel mill, and served as the Director General of the Department of Minerals and Energy (WA) between 1994 and 1997. He subsequently worked for Resource Finance Corporation, a private merchant and investment bank specialising in the natural resources sector. Mr Perry is also a member of various private boards.
Andrew Nisbet, GAICD| Independent Non-Executive Director |
Mr Nisbet was appointed as a director of the Company in September 2017. During his extensive career at ASX listed Reece Ltd he held a variety of senior leadership roles, from Marketing to Merchandising, IT, Supply Chain Transformation, Innovation and the management of a number of Strategic Business Units, including the Reece expansion into New Zealand. He was instrumental in developing the Reece supply chain for international supply into Australia and developing a supply chain transformation blueprint. The Reece Group credits many important strategic and cultural turnarounds to Mr Nisbet, including driving improved financial performance at its Onsite business, the integration of the Bathroom Life showroom business into the Reece Group and the development of a culture of selling across the organisation. He has a passion for customer focused business strategies and how businesses adapt to a disruptive new world. Mr Nisbet is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has been an advisor in setting up an SME board, has been an active board member of a not for profit charity and is currently studying part time to complete a Bachelor in Psychological Sciences.

He held no other listed company directorships during the past three financial years.
