As a Division of Coventry Group Ltd, Fluid Systems comprises of four businesses: Cooper Fluid Systems, Torque Industries, H.I.S. Hose and Fluid Power Services.
Cooper Fluid Systems is a specialist provider of hydraulic, pneumatic, fluid transfer, fire suppression and lubrication products and services with a proud history of servicing the mining, construction and manufacturing industries.
The business has operated in Australia in various forms since 1972 when John Cooper first started trading in Mackay. Cooper Fluid Systems has been part of Coventry Group since 1997. In July 2006 Cooper Fluid Systems was merged with Coventry Fluid Systems to create a national fluid systems specialist. Cooper Fluid Systems is recognised as an industry leader in the Australian hydraulic and lubrications market, with a branch network that stretches throughout Australia, stocking and providing an extensive and diverse range of products and services.

Torque Industries was established in 1985 and joined Coventry Group as a branch of Cooper Fluid Systems in November 2018. With over 30 years of experience, Torque Industries offers hydraulic, pneumatic, filtration and lubrication product sales and service to the agricultural, aerospace, exploration, industrial, marine, mobile, mining and material handling industries. It has developed a strong reputation as a quality provider of sales, service and solutions within the South Australian market and across the country.
H.I.S. Hose was established in 1975 and joined Coventry Group as a branch of Cooper Fluid Systems in December 2020. With over 45 years of experience, H.I.S Hose is a market leader in the supply of industrial hose, fittings, flexible ducting and associated equipment including pneumatic and hydraulic hardware/components. With a fleet of mobile service vehicles, fully equipped workshops and a dedicated knowledgeable group of service staff, H.I.S. Hose provides professional and reliable services to major and minor establishments in government departments, resources, agricultural, industrial, marine, chemical, waste, rail, oil, gas, off-shore and manufacturing industries in Australia.
Fluid Power Services was established in 1991 and joined Coventry Group as a branch of Cooper Fluid Systems in May 2021. With 30 years of experience, Fluid Power Services is a market leader in the supply of hydraulic components, hydraulic hose and fittings, hydraulic system design, hydraulic power unit manufacture and installation, and the service of hydraulic components in Tasmania. Fluid Power Services provides specialised hydraulic and engineering solutions to a diverse range of customers across the infrastructure, transport and logistics, building and construction, industrial, mining and resources markets.
